Minnesota’s Conservative Leader will bring Real Change to Washington

ALEXANDRIA, VA – Today, Citizens for the Republic PAC announced its endorsement for Jason Lewis in his race for Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional district. Jason Lewis is a consistent conservative who is ready to take on the establishment in both parties. Though the political elite has continued to ignore his bid, Citizens for the Republic proudly supports Jason Lewis’s bid for Congress.

Jason is a model family man who has spent his entire career in the private sector. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and self-made business men and women, Jason knows what the economy need to succeed.

As any listener of his popular radio show in Minnesota knows, Jason has never been afraid to go against the political establishment on either side of the aisle. Jason knows the proper role of government is to protect individual freedom, not trample on our rights with red tape and burdensome regulation.

“We have known Jason Lewis for years,” says Diana Banister, Executive Director of Citizens for the Republic, “and we have known him to be a principled man who will fight for conservative policies. This is a seat we can win, but the Washington establishment has once again thrown in the towel and is allowing a left-wing Democrat to walk into a seat we have held for years.”

Jason has received local support and from concerned citizens all over the country, but the political elite has continued to ignore this race. “The people of Minnesota deserve more than a political establishment who wants to surrender. We know Jason will help shake up Washington,” says Banister.
